Looking back at the original film, one loose end about which I'd occasionally wondered was what had happened to the briefcase full of mon ey that had been buried in snow by the roadside courtesy of Carl played by Steve Buscemi.
Clearly that question was answered in season 1 with its discovery by Stavros. Who later returned it to the original site in the same way, buried in snow marked with an ice scraper.
So what happened to it?
It's still there...Clearly that question was answered in season 1 with its discovery by Stavros. Who later returned it to the original site in the same way, buried in snow marked with an ice scraper.

I've just finished watching this, what a great series - back to it's old form.
I'm a fan of the occasional 'odd' episode, but found the pacing of the last episode a little off. There was the build up to the final stand-off at the ranch which ended unsatisfactorily as a bit of a damp-squib, then all the subsequent codas as they tied-up the various threads.
Still, one of the most interesting TV shows I'll see this year.

Struggled to find the time to watch s5 of Fargo, finally managed and really loved it. Casting was superb, everyone really ups their game for the Cohen Brothers. As always they make the Dakota’s hauntingly beautiful and we loved Ole Munch:

Pancakes anyone?
