It's about a guy collecting military hardware including vehicles.

The material is basically interesting - especially regarding the Harley Davidson with its crazy clutch lever on the same side of the handlebars as the throttle, and the Schwimmwagen.

But it's being spoiled by a really irritating main presenter with his cockney accent - apparently de rigeur on programmes about old vehicles (Philip Glenister, Mike Brewer etc, anybody?), and also by the amount of time they waste on trivial periphery.

The amount of money people are asking for old military stuff is astounding.yikes

I really enjoyed this program it wasnt the main presenter that got on my nerves as I found him pretty knowledgeable. The other idiot he was with in the Schwimmwagen on water wearing a rubber ring and snorkle seemed a bit dim.

I like this, although Bruce does remind me of Uncle Albert from Only Fools wink

I just watched him buy a load of kitchen utensils made from WW2 German helmets and grenades. I won't waste my time tuning in again.

The content's interesting but as has been mentioned the scripted nonsense that goes with it becomes very dull after a while. Maybe its just me, but programs like this would be far more interesting if they actually stuck to being a little more factual, and a little bit more in depth on the vehicles and history etc. more so given the amount of one offs, and specials that there seem to be along with the proto-type stuff.
