You may have thought you heard me say I want a lot of Eva Green, but what I said was: Give me all the Eva Green you have.

If you read the league travellers almanac it tells you about the search party to try and find her.

Am I missing something?

PD isn't based on this is it? Are you just saying there are similarities?

There are a few similarities though, in the "collection" of characters from different stories.

I cheated and watched the season finale last night as well as this week’s episode.

All I’m going to say is that you will enjoy it very much indeed. Ties up all the main plot threads and dangles a couple of the obvious ‘big ideas’ for season two.

I’ve really enjoyed season one. It started a bit shonky, but by episodes five and six it was heart-in-mouth stuff.

Totally agree - I did the same. Couldn't wait so cheated. Excellent series - I'm very much looking forward to S2 next year and not entirely because of Ms Green.

OK I've stuck with it.
fking hell it's slow. No tension builds, and I don't care what happens. I will sit through the last one as the missus will be watching but it's style over substance.

It's not an outright perfect map, but the unified fictional history model being used here definitely has a lot of similarities. There's a phileas fogg book from the 70s that does it too, as well as the whole wold-newton thing too if you fancy a google.

There's going to be a Van Helsing remake too.
