Shaun is gay, great, why shout it from the rooftops.....
What about characters shouting their heterosexuality from the rooftops? Sarah and Callum, Katie and Callum, Kevin and the ginger girl from Rita's past, Tim and Sally. They have all blatantly advertised their sexual orientation in recent weeks and no one is bothered. Plus Michelle trying to entice Steve into the bedroom and him not being able to perform.STO said:
I wonder if the landlord would of acted the same if Sophie and Maddie had tried to check in, or rig up a hidden camera in the room before they went up.
Girl on girl action......That would have been a more interesting storyline....
Fancy applying for the job as a scriptwriter?
Meanwhile, back to earth......
I suspect David Platt is going to try and blackmail Andy, (or is it Gavin?) to try his best to discredit Callum, ahead of the legal custody battle over Max.....
Hence why he said he was going to call a few favours in.........
How often does Nick change his car? This year I've seen a TT, a Z4 and now it's a Q3. It's the same with Carla and whoever her love interest is at the time - a constant stream of ever-changing BMWs and Mercs. The production crew stick to one car for people like Ken and Audrey (I think she recently traded her 206 in for a 207), but when it comes to some characters, they seem to have brain-fade.
Probably the director's personal car, so it has to be different from time to time.

Nice to see a soap where the drugs are specifically named. Usually it's just "drugs", as if they're all the same. Anyone at my whist-drive club can tell you, they're all different - old Edith with the gammy leg swears by a bit of speed.
I'd be interested to know about Jenny's past. No doubt it'll all come out in due course, but she seems to panic when a child is ill, almost like she's got a history of child neglect or similar. We all know about her extortion with Rita, but is there something else that's happened?
The whole Gavin/Andy/Michael/David saga plods on. It must be the most convoluted storyline in soap history - David's in dire sh*t now. Will he escape in true Austin Powers fashion?

Re David...
Anyone seen James Gagney in "White Heat"?
He locks a guy in his boot.(trunk) who has crossed him...
The guy in the boot says..."I can't breathe"
Gagney says, "Oh you can't breathe huh"
And proceeds to ventilate the boot with a volley of bullets.......
He didn't have any trouble breathing after that.

Carla seemed to have a Mondeo 3 for ages and now has an Alfa MiTo. I think. Probably the director's personal car, so it has to be different from time to time.

Nah, David taped a kipper to his manifold whilst Andrew was distracting everyone with the drug plant scam.
I think that plan's far too ingenious, even for David....(The street's resident psycho)I think Callum would certainly come off worse if David really had it in for him...
Jack Shepherd and the producers/writers have created a great character in David Platt. It's this weird insouciance he has when up against it - almost like he's totally fearless, couldn't give a toss, yeah, so what mate. In reality he's the size of a rat, let alone looking like one.
Great stuff. can't wait for the outcome to all this, although maybe we've got to wait for the return of Becky? I can just see her up against Calum - that'll be a scrap not to miss.
Meanwhile, in tonight's episodes, it looks like the wedding will hit snags. Maybe it'll give the writers the chance to dump Michael from the cast list. We can only hope.
