One thing that always annoyed me was how Richard Hillman's body was recovered from the canal...that should have been left open to a future return to the street for him.

Some pretty unbelievable things though - I mean Tyrone and Maria? Graham and Tina? quite unlikely.

As Graham would have said - "umbrage has been taken". There's hope for every man in Soapland, it's one of the basic tenets of the genre. As long as you open a door for them, underwear is dropped.

By all accounts, Tina's bracelet is an unwelcome centre of attention this week - for Rob, that is. I'm also waiting for Todd to fleece Marcus big-time so that the naive tw*t wises-up.

All those years ago in the school play if someone said to be an actor as you can be "intimate" with women so far out of my league its another planet - maybe I would have taken drama classes. That or a pop star!

Well "boring" Ken Barlow had 25 lovers in the street, including in 1973, Joanna Lumbley in her prime, as well as over 1000 in real life:-

I disagree. Corrie has always had a strong element of humour, and IMO still has it. Mind you, I wouldn't mind seeing him back on the set, he's a quality act.

So the bracelet has been found but the top hat charm is missing. And the police are going thru Barlow Mansions with a fine toothed comb. My money is on the top hat charm being found in Rob's jacket pocket.

The male detective is ace. His acting is right up there with PC Cardboard Cutout from 'A Touch of Cloth'

Disagree too, Eastenders very occasionally has a bit of humour, but is nowhere near as good at it.
Eileen Grimshaw & Steve Mcdonald are really good at this - it's just occured to me the similarity between Eileen and Amanda Hart. The look on Eileen's face as Gail told her how she'd met her new bloke was pure gold, then she followed it up with a slightly jealous attack in the pub which made me chuckle.

He's surely going to crack...

Thing is, I quite like him, can't put my finger on it, sticking up for his sister, genuinely remorseful.

Hopefully he'll whack Todd over the head too.
