I noticed Jack has remarkably managed to forget he's got an artificial leg. He looked like he was walking like his old self.
I thought that too, about time he got rid of that George Formby haircut, it's 2019.Re Robert, the man's a Cadbury's fruit and nutcase.
How can he expect to marry Michelle, help to bring up another woman's baby to adulthood, paying to support it, seeing it every week, without Michelle finding out?. Mind you, she's that dim, he might get away with it. He seems to be the master of talking his way out of awkward situations.
Great storyline about Tim and Kevin and Steve fawning over the young footballer, I think he only plays for County's youth team, and has been on once in the 89th minute, passing the ball to Tommy O to score.
Why has Roy still got his "P" plates on his Woody?

For a moment last night I thought Gary was going to do the right thing and re-dig the grave, jump in and bury himself. No such luck. Pity the dumb couple out walking their dog didn't notice the shovel or the dog digging up the new grave!
"I've lost my sausage dog"Quick thinking there Gary

Defence, but yes I laughed at that too, who trained him?
The question is; is Gary just chucking the money away to good causes or has he seen a new business plan?
I think he's decided to work from the dead man's office, seeing as his prints are all over and it's always unlocked anyway! The question is; is Gary just chucking the money away to good causes or has he seen a new business plan?
I find it very odd that the bald headed guy in the factory has never uttered a single word all the years he has been in the show, I know somebody at Granada on the street set who works behind the scenes and says he is rather strange.
He just nods his head now and then...….nice work if you can get it

Was listening to Craig Charles' radio show this afternoon, and his special guest was Tony Blackburn. Tony happened to mention he was a big fan of the street and had never missed an episode, and his lifetime's wish would be to have a ten second cameo role in the show.
He said to Craig, (who has appeared just under 1000 times), maybe you could pull a few strings at Granada? (Joking)
Craig said he didnt' really have any contacts behind the scenes, and he had no plans to return....
However, apparently Granada have been inundated with messages asking them to make Tony's wish come true, after listening on the programme.
Craig joked:- "Perhaps you could put your head through the window of "Streetcars" and ask for a cab to Blackburn?"

Actually , I found the Sinead scenes very insightful . The Tracy conversation was as moving as it was unexpected , but the clever bit was not falling into the trap of an all clear , cue celebrations . 'beaten cancer ' cliches etc but the realisation for Sinead that her life will never be the same , all clear or not.
And don't forget that we have had more than one character 'losing' their 'battle ' with cancer . The quotes because , like any disease. , you don't beat cancer through being brave, and you don't succumb to it for being weak .
I think "battle" in this context means more a mental one, if you are told you have six months to live you can either be miserable and down (understandably), or embrace life for your last few months trying to be as upbeat as you can in the time you have left. And don't forget that we have had more than one character 'losing' their 'battle ' with cancer . That's my take on it anyway

I think there's a bit of mileage in Gary getting away with it, prospering as a loan shark, and becoming the street's JR Ewing style baddie.
He will need to get the bouncer lady back as his bodyguard as he is so wimpy you could just not pay him back and shout "boo" and he would cry and run a mileHard as nails is Gary.....
