Some really fit wimmin in Corrie - as well as Carla and Tina, there's Katie (Izzie's younger sister and very young mum) , Maria (presently cast as a stalker/nutter) and Eva (huge knockers but a bit thick). I think Leanne is supposed to be eye-candy but I don't rate her.
  • Katie - The prettiest girl in the soap, unfortunately she always gets dressed down of late. There was one scene when she was walking up the stairs and her arse looked huge. She may be wearing a "fat suit" like Debbie Rush (Anna) has had to though.
  • Maria - Very hot with a cracking figure, I'd be all over that if I was Tyrone and give that annoying gap toothed ginger the boot.
  • Eva has some cracking frontage, big nose as well though.
  • Leanne, no way, she's squint and super annoying.

Well yet again, another gripping episode last night, I said all along the culprit would be Rob, although to be fair he didn't mean to kill her. I suspect what will happen now is several people will be in the frame for the "murder", although the Police might think it was suicide after Peter rejected her for Carla.

Meanwhile, Owen still can't get to the bottom of why Anna's being so frosty, for some reason she's reluctant to tell him she was humiliated by Phelan.

I'm sure things aren't going to end well for Tracy Barlow, being party to shifting the dodgy stock......

All a bit rubbish really.

Tina has lived in that flat for what seems like an eternity.

And only now do we find out it is linked to the builders yard makeshift scaffold balcony via a convenient door.

Am sure they could have done better if they had bothered

They admitted it was a bit weak when Rob said "so this is where you have a fag / have a drink" type comment - I think she survives and gets finished off in the hozzy - by ?

I thought that was a bit odd too.....

Bit of an anticlimax.

Anyway, I'm glad she's dead, she was more of a fruitcake than David Platt.

I think Corrie tends to drag storylines on too long, tbh, I was getting a bit fed up of the Carla/Peter,Tina triangle.

Wonder when Ken Barlow will be returning from "Canada"?

August.

Apparently he is going to suggest a holiday to Drearie.

Drearie looks at Barbados and The Seychelles.

Ken comes up with a caravan in North Wales....

(I'm sure I can smell an online mini series similar to the recent Streetcars ones...)

'Dead heat in a zeppelin race' was a cracking line about her a few weeks back.

Glad Tina took a trip through Weatherfield's answer to the Moon Door, she was overly orange (even for Corrie) and pretty annoying on the whole.

Looking bad for Carla, she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Wonder if Rob will let his own sister take the rap?

What absolute garbage.

Tina is lying unconscious after a fall to a cobbled street.

she is heard moaning, and one minute later is on her feet, with no visible bruising and is making threats and shouting the odds.

Absolute tosh.

Thought the twist was written rather well.
Carla shouting how she wants to kill her for all to hear in the Rovers....

hehe

Calm down, it's only a TV soap programme.....

(Mind you, I did think it was a bit far fetched)

Can Anna and Owen's relationship recover......scratchchin

I bet Peter wishes he was back on the Submarines.....

The humour is still there - the utterly useless Steve McDonald alone with Peter in the Rovers' living-room, the awful truth revealed, Carla on the warpath, Peter's marriage wrecked, and all Steve can say is "Never mind, maybe it'll blow over".

The denouemnet of Tina's accident was arranged in true "soap" style - lots of possible candidates in the frame, who all managed to be in the wrong place or say the wrong thing. It's how soaps work, but Corrie does it best.

(BTW somewhere I wrote about the fit birds on Corrie, and left out Tracy. But you just wouldn't , would you?? I mean, say the wrong thing in the throes of passion and you'd get an ice-axe in the neck. Nah - not for me, that one.)

Tracy used to be fit at the time she was with Charley Stubbs and made the effort but she seems to be dressed down a lot now. I would like to see Mary and Dev and the next street comedy couple.

That's interesting, because I have been thinking along the same lines. I think Dev has seen the better qualities of Mary's character which others may have misunderstood. And when the f*** is the Rita/Norris coupling going to take place? It's so bl**ding obvious that the plot keeps steering that way.

It's too obvious to be Rob or Carla. Although Carla is in the firing line for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

There's more to Tracy's story as she is in need of an alibi, which in turn puts Rob in a position.

I agree with whoever said Tina would be seen off in Hospital, probably with a pillow by Carla who will then collapse and lose the baby. They nearly had David kill Nick off in the same hospital bedside idea so I reckon it will be used again.

Peter, you've got to give it to him, he's punching well above his weight, fair play lad!

Its not your usual "who done it" as it seemed to obvious at first, but its turning out quite well now.

I've thought in the past Dev might make a move on Scary Mary, especially when she used to look after his two kids a while back. "Don't come a knockin' when the motorhomes a rockin'......."

There has been some odd pairings in the "street" over the years, the one who springs to mind is Alf and Audrey Roberts......The flighty Audrey pairing up with ultra dull shopkeeper Alf...I could never see it myself.

However, they do say opposites attract......

Is Owen thick? Feelan needed him because he had been made bankrupt.

Therefore everything should have been in Owen's name. He should have put the development up for sale!
