Maybe? New tiered pay system possible cause of people walking - I didn't know Jason Grimshaw had gone.

Anyone else spot the blood red hand painting on the kitchen cupboard in the Platt's. Nice touch.

I've been pondering how the storyline is going to pan out with the hidden corpse. I think the writers have provided themselves with a real problem - unless another big name is planning to leave the soap. They've written themselves into a corner, in a way. The only way to get rid of the body will be to dig it up, and that would need a pneumatic drill. The neighbours might just ask what is going on?

So the corpse will have to stay in situ, but will the murderer be able to take the mental torture? It's a storyline which will just run and run and run.........Not really what I look for in Corrie. But for it to have a conclusion, it'll mean prison for a major character. We'll have to wait and see.

Looks like Roy Cropper is going to be framed for the murder smile. He's leaving for a 3-month break - maybe in his absence Cathy will be playing some alternative indie in the cafe.

Will there be any decent characters left in the near future? Buck up, Corrie!

They are implying that Craig Charles walked due to this, but I thought he was leaving to do Red Dwarf?

A breakdown. Mirroring what happened to his character. He may or may not return apparently.

Without being racist or stereotyping, we're meant to believe that Dev, an Asian businessman, has a flat above his shop full of junk just waiting to be let out to anyone who needs a favour, but otherwise lying vacant???

Not like any Asian shopkeeper I've ever known. Every dime of possible income is screwed out of every opportunity. That's what makes them such successful businessmen and women. They are not idiots.

Well he used to have seven shops ten years ago.

Now he's got one.

He's not that clever.....biggrin

Great episode tonight with Amy's many one liners.

Tracy: Taking food from Amy's mouth?!?
Amy: I EAT OK.

Too funny.

Amy is turning into a right little minx.

Hardly surprising with Tracy as her mother.....

Meanwhile, only Sally could be so thick to believe moving from being a PA to a machinist is a promotion.

Yes, especially after cheating on her with the local trollop and diddling her son out of his business. It appears they might hold a grudge.

"Old Ma River" biggrin.

Something tells me she's covering sadness inside - she still fancies him. Doubt her bed has seen the last of Tony.

Mary's mother liked a good bottoming on Sundays biggrin. The script was top class last night.

A good bottoming - "but she was still in bed when I got home". Guffaw.
