The interchange between Liz and Erica about the fun the had riding on the large banana was quite amusing too.

As far as I can see, some of the writers "get" Corrie more than others. This would explain why some episodes are a bit dull, and some just sparkle with wit.

Never trust anything that can bleed for 3 days without dying biggrin. I think the moral is not to piss one off.

I don't think Liz has had to worry about that for a long time!

It's like he's spent the night in the Pet Cemetery.

He's moved into Ken's four bedroom terrace for a while biggrin

I like Sally's "lesbian" statements, she's blurted out a couple IIRC.

You walk through the wardrobe, and there's a whole new world in there......

Don't forget the front room, which used to be Blanche's bedroom. Most of the houses have a front parlour, which we hardly ever see - Dev's doesn't have one IIRC, but in the others any visitor seems to walk through a hall to get to the back sitting room. Presumably the front rooms are used for aspidistra storage, and complete sets of Wade Whimsies. (My granny has much to answer for.....)

Ken walking Eccles along the street past the Platts, stopped to chat to somebody and the dog starts pulling towards the burial site and sniffing the ground. Might just be me mind but Christmas is approaching, haha.

I'm not sure I can watch anymore after that street race.
If it had been done with comedy in mind then I could forgive but someone at Corrie has obviously thought the fast and the furious was an educational film or something, that was embarrassing! Even my OH reckoned she could beat Luke in her Mini. So much for him being a star driver
