Why are they trying so hard to keep the Kevin / Anna thing secret from Sally when she has been conkers deep with the window scrubber for years?

Lovely old Saab in the street there, whose is that?
Wasn't expecting to see Phelans face again, I wonder what's going to happen there? I'm guessing Kev will be implicated via whatsherface he's seeing.

They're certainly making up for a carp Christmas!

It's all kicking off tonight. Phelan's return was kept quiet - is he just a navvy for someone else? I know he's not allowed to be a company director but I'd like to know why he's come down in the world. No doubt we'll find out when he explains all to Anna after he's cornered her in her flat.

I really wanted Tracy to knife Carla - it would have been the storyline to get Carla off the Street, and put Tracy back inside.

As you might have guessed, I was posting this whilst watching the show - now it's REALLY kicked off! Will Anna tell Kev who he is, and what happened? Will Jason dig up the floor before David can act? Will Tracy knife Robert? Next week, we'll hear Captain Bob say...........

What a cracking pair..................of episodes tonight.

Lots going on, twists and turns, the return of Pat Phelan, well done the scriptwriters.

Corrie's often like that, it seems like it's on it's last legs and then it bounces back.

It's never long before the writers return to form. Can't wait for Wednesday.

I was looking forward to this one, but it was a bit of a let-down. Never mind, we can't expect dramatic events every episode.

Kevin looked a bit worried when Pat told him he and Anna had history. Kev'll probably think she's some sort of slapper. I liked Liz's reaction to the possibility of having her handbag stolen - It's got all my make-up in it!

How does Izzy get up the stairs to Anna's flat?

Every terraced road that I travel down is rammed full of parked cars. I want to live in Corrie land

But if you lived in Corrie land you would literally be confined to the street, the Red Rec, the canal and Blackpool. I imagine you reach the outskirts of Corrie land and it's like that scene from Dark City

There are occasional visits to Freshco and the Precinct, but they have to take passports and queue at the checkpoint for some time, so don't bother very often. I think most inhabitants like to go abroad to RealWorld from time to time. Carla will be going there when she gets out of hospital.

When they were chatting on the doorstep just before Phelan turned up, you could see the stairlift in the background.

Thanks. I did wonder. I must be more observant.

Debbie Rush (Anna Windass) on bad boy Pat Phelan in real life:-

"I was thrilled that they were bringing Connor back to play Phelan," Rush said. "And can I just tell you, he's not at all a meanie in real life. He's getting all sorts of flak! He's gorgeous and we're thrilled to have him back."

How long will Ken last as Sally's campaign manager? Grit you teeth, Ken. Remember, it's all for a good cause, for the benefit of the good burghers of Weatherfield.
