I appreciated a while back when there was that bloke creeping around in a bugeye WRX...turned out not to be such a bad guy in the end but can't remember the story!

Ian Davenport (who Sally Webster had an affair with) was always driving nice cars - particularly remember his T350!

You're right. He changes cars more often than his designer stubble. I think that guy Davenport was a car dealer , wasn't he?

I hadn't noticed that. Good trivial info.. You hardly ever see anyone playing it - not like real life where there's always some saddo pumping in the nuggets, desperately hoping to win less than he's put in.

Perhaps that's one of the Product Placements we've got to guess each time (hence the little PP in the corner of the title screen).

Noticed a couple of product placements in Monday's episodes, very subtle, but that's the whole point of them isn't it?..smile

Nice to know that Mary can fit 2 pairs of nix over that sumptuous a*se.

Did you see Emily's face as she was reading "Love in chains"? I don't know if it's a real book , or Corrie's version of "50 shades", but I can guess what the content matter is like. I doubt if Mrs. Bishop's ever done those sort of things with that type of "equipment". I suspect that Mary's character would covertly read that novel.

Do they make them in XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXL?

Actually, I quite like "Mary"...she takes a good part off.

Norris was really asking for it in the corner shop goading Dennis, although to be fair he is right about Dennis, but Rita's that blind she can't see through him.

Meanwhile, fun and games at the library, I wonder if they'll have to tear gas the place to get them out?

Some good story lines coming up I reckon.

That punch was awesome .. with it's lack of precision, it's lack of power and it's Rocky sound effect biggrin

Very glad to see the back of that slimy, simpering idiot Dennis - though his Bruce Lee one inch punch was impressive.

I'm definitely foreseeing a misjudged lunge by Nick on Steph the waitress...

I do seem to recall a previous character referring to it as 'like a dead heat in a Zeppelin race'.

Not that I've ever noticed.

What was the song being played on the jukebox when they were discussing the library burning down. I couldn't quite ID it, but it had a ring of Housemartins/Beautiful South about it. Was it relevant to the discussion?
