And where is devil spawn Simon ? Not that I miss him too much..
Or Steve- was he with the improbably bosomed Michelle at the wedding?

Kylie left to have a sprog some time ago and has returned in the last few months. I had no idea there was a permanent departure on the cards.
Yeah she (Paula Lane) quit for good probably about 3 months or so ago.

I didn't see him, he seems to have done a runner again.
Chesney is supposed to be off visiting his son isn't he? What's his excuse in real life? I'm waiting for him and Monkey boy Tilsley to have a late night Gurning competition in the Rovers.

Which would tie in with her leaving the show about now?

Maybe she's going to do a runner to the Caribbean to stay with Becky. I'll miss her - good strong character. I won't miss Max and Lily.

Indeed.

Murder cases usually take two years to prepare and six weeks at trial.....judge

But this is Coronation Street we are talking about

I suspect his face will be a bit more "runny" than that. Plus an unusual smell.

Looked like it.

Bit silly just leaving it to be found. All they had to do was stuff some sand or gravel down the hole and spray a bit of febreze around.

It's done 1000 miles in 10 years - must be in a museum I guess

Carla's leaving was a bit protracted and melodramatic. Anyone would think it's a soap. Although we know she's gone for good, the inhabitants of the Street don't - it's only Devon FFS, not Ulan Bator. Michelle was in bits, and her mate's only a few hours drive away.

David's plan to scarper looks doomed - especially with that flakey sister of his.

You couldn't give them away fifteen years ago, now they are becoming quite collectable.

Can't understand why David didn't jump down into the pit with a dustpan and brush when he had chance, scrape the decayed bones (and credit card up)...put everything in a bin bag and bury them down the red rec under the cover of darkness.

Even Columbo wouldn't be able to solve the case.

(Unless he was afraid Webster's truck would fall on him...risk worth taking (imo)...)

The body was still decomposing - I reckon you would have needed a hoover and a very strong stomach.
