Has Corrie installed a time machine as I got completely lost in the last episode regarding the time of Michelle in the Bistro, then about to jump off the viaduct then appearing the next day at the funeral directors all with just a dress on in the freezing cold. Meanwhile Phelan is off to the ever open tip in the middle of the night having spent all day cleaning up the flat.

They must have floodlights on the council tips in Weatherfield.

If it's anything like our local tip they'll want to see in the back to make sure it's household waste. Turning up in a van is dodgy - £50 a tip if it's commercial.

I must admit you'd expect Steve and Liz to wonder where the feck they'd got to. One minute Robert is phonong to say he'd found her and was on the way home, then they don't turn up all night long. I'm guessing any normal person would think about either phoning them to make sure everything was OK, or going out to look for them in case there was a problem. A bit of an odd plotline - nothing new for Corrie these days.

I'm warming up to this Shona character; the scene with Roy and his train set was great.

Gemma continued to be a delight.

Thanks for the heads up. I had missed that in the schedule. Maybe its to allow Phelan to get to the tip before it closes!!

The water from that radiator was remarkably clean. Anyone would think it had never held recirculating heated water for the past umpteen years. Presumably the office in the yard will now have a damp ceiling if continuity is maintained.

I wonder if there's anything else incriminating in the stuff disposed of at the tip? What about Andy's luggage?

What I'd like to know is where's Andy?

In the back of Phelan's van?

Strictly speaking it should be the wooden section, but yet I'll give you a laugh.

I think the camera dwelling on Pat's muddy shoes gives us a clue - he must have disposed of the body first, and then returned after the wedding to clean up and dump the evidence. Or did he? Maybe Corrie is being clever.

Talking of wooden - what happened to Caz (not that I really care!). She went off with the plod and that was it. Maybe she will end up in a cell with Maria!! OOOh AAAAr Missus!

Wot, no Phelan tonight?

That Alya Nazir's a real nasty piece of work, her lack of conscience holds no bounds...grumpy

I would have like to have seen Roy's Woodhead 1500v DC layout, one of my favourite stretches of line, now sadly closed since 1981.

I'm guessing I'm not the only one who has though of the Prima Donner uniforms looking like Thunderbirds. Noticed when Dev hired Cathy he threw in a cheeky F A B hehe
