I don't think even she would stoop so low, Adam maybe.
There seems to be a lot going on at the moment, normally on the street there seems to be a core of three or four storylines but at the moment there is a least double that.
I noticed Ken briefly mentioned his unfinished kitchen, has Phelan spent the money he gave him to buy materials?
That kitchen renovation is a joke even by Corrie standards. It is about 2 metres square and has taken Phelan and his "team" about 2 months to complete. There seems to be a lot going on at the moment, normally on the street there seems to be a core of three or four storylines but at the moment there is a least double that.

Why are they dragging this out unless the production team can't afford a new one!

No doubt things will come to a head shortly.
There was a brief feature on local radio basically the other day saying Bill Roache (Ken) was probably coming to the end as an actor as he is now 85 next month and appreciates he can't go on forever.
Unfortunately I suspect he will be written out before too long, but I hope not, as he still has a lot to offer the show.

He'll ask to leave before he gets typecast .Unfortunately I suspect he will be written out before too long, but I hope not, as he still has a lot to offer the show.
PS Just watching the first part tonight, and Amy is playing her violin. So - she gets a dodgy old violin from a skip, stands on it and claims it's her violin and needs repairing, but in the next episode she is playing what is clearly her original violin and Ken doesn't wonder where she got this instrument? Have I missed something?

Ken is being set up to be murdered.
Phelean pissed at him about the kitchen
daniel annoyed at his medeling
peter annoyed at him
tracy wanting money fro a potential will
sinead blaming him for mucking up the relationship with daniel.
Very prescient of you. In view of the OP's comments earlier about Ken, I'm beginning to wonder if he has insider knowledge. Is this the end for the coiffured charmer?Phelean pissed at him about the kitchen

This is top soap "drama". Corrie back on form?
What a great couple of episodes, Corrie back on form at last.....
If Amy's £200 was meant for Adam, (seen on the bus) that would last him what?...a couple of days...
Did Ken have a stroke, as was there foul play involved?
I vote for Colonel Mustard with the candlestick in the drawing room...

Lol!I often wonder if Bill Roache ever regrets never leaving the safety and security of the cobbles to try his hand at something else, because he's a damn fine actor.
I did see him on stage once in a local am dram in his local town at the time (Haslingden), but he only had a very minor role.
From imdb:-
He is the longest serving, living television actor in a continuous role in the whole world.

Tracy has an Interflora franchise for her florists shop - she has just completed the florist's Holy Trinity of paydays. Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. It's what keeps florists going for the rest of the year.
Obviously she had no collateral to offer the bank for the shop purchase, but surely she would have had a substantial sum to offer the bank as a deposit?
