As Carla and Rob went off into a side room for a chat, Tim, Sally and Kevin all leaned over in unison to catch a glimpse of what was happening - I immediately thought "Oops up inside your head, I say oops inside your head.....". Aah it takes you back - sitting in pools of spilled beer and broken glass pretending to row a boat, now that's a good night out.
A couple of years back "Carla" was in front of me at a queue at Manchester airport, I was surprised how small she was in "real life"...very pretty though.
Sorry "Tracy" doesn't do it for me, she's too much like a tomboy....I'm sure she's very nice though...unlike her screen role.
Regarding Tracy, I can appreciate she would have been devastated when she found out about Rob, but there seemed to be no mention of any joy that Peter.....her own step brother was now off the hook.
Norris continues to excel, what a great part he plays.....interfering old busybody...

I liked the storylines many years ago when Norris was a stationery salesman and idolised Derek (Mavis' husband) who was such a timid and meek man, but was happy to pass on his wisdom and experience to Norris in the exciting and stressful world of headed-letter paper and paperclips.
Norris was a real boot-licker in those days.

Well, I have to say a couple of very strange episodes tonight...(imo)
Probably some of the worst acting I've seen on the "street" in recent years, allied to a few daft story lines....
Maria's quest to buy the secondhand car, complete with diabetic vendor and Tracy about to run off with penniless Rob...(What about poor Amy?......well I suppose Steve can always bring her up........Oh wait....he's going through a breakdown.......
Michael's ridiculous portrayal of a drunken man......
Come on Corrie......get your act together.....
