Sex-symbols you don't 'get'

I was just watching Riddick last night and it occurred to me (not for the first time) that Katie Sackoff seems to be quite a fan-boy sex-symbol- I really don't get the love. IMO (being the supremely trim virtual Adonis that I am! lol) she is an average looking actress at best with a tendency towards looking quite/very masculine. As an actress she is no better or worse than the majority of thesps out there but as a sex-symbol? Nope - not for me.
Are there any other sex-symbols who you don't understand the fascination with (or am I blind and young ms KS is amazing)?

Judging by the amount of relationships she seems to have gone through and being in her mid forties and still not settled down I reckon; no matter how fit she is and she is fit, she is probably quite hard work and needy.Another here for the Bullock; fantastic legs and seems like a nice person but not sexy at all, I reckon she would be a good mate though.
Michelle Rodriguez, she is just the sort of girl that I would find attractive; ie. Latin look, dark skin and hair etc however she has the body of a young boy; no thanks!!
Ellie Goulding, don't know if she is classed as a "Sex Symbol" however I just can't get past the chin.
