she effectively has a dance degree in contempory dance and only got into television as a result of not being succesful at getting into the west end shows....
Hadn't picked that up. More plsWouldn't be very good if they were all Judy Murrays would it?
I disagree - yes judy was a poor dancer but look at the progress Mark made....
I don't read the daily mail but there was a piece on it on R5 live yesterday evening - no co-incidence that she chose a contempory dance for her show dance as that is what she qualified in....
the show needs to decide whether or not it can be as entertaining without celebs that can already dance - it is an enterntainment show at the end of the day or whether it is better to have a mix of those that can and can't....

Cheers for the replies. Yes I was with my trainer. On the first set I told him it felt tight.
When it pinged he reckon it is the top of the quad where it joins the hip flexor? But said to give it a few days rest.
I'm pretty sure it's quite bad though, there was a real 'twang' and this electric shock pain. Pretty horrible tbh.
At rest now it feels fine, and I can even do squats with no discomfort, but if I try to walk with my torso and posture fully upright, it's agony unless I take tiny steps. Similarly, if I walk down hill, it's agony. It seems to be if I am hunched over, the pain is less or even nil. But if I lean back or upright it hurts.
I'm going to try to see a physio privately today and maybe get it strapped up.
Heat seem to ease the pain but net suggests for first 7 days to ice it.
Any thought in that?
