She's been declared out of action for nine months apparently but I doubt anyone can know now what her long term prospects are. It's certainly too early to write off her dancing career yet.

How would you look if you'd just undergone hospital surgery? If you ever have, be thankful you weren't papped on your way out of the hospital. She looks like a tired and unwell 30 year old woman, which she is in this picture. Professional photoshoots are doctored to make people look good. Paparazzi photos are selected, and possibly altered as well, to make people look rough or drunk or drugged up or whatever the media want people to believe about the person in the image.

Fallen badly whilst training for ch4 show 'the jump'. Hip and knee injuries, probably done her ACL but that's just a guess.

With hindsight, going on a Reality Show where there was a risk of career-ending injury was probably not such a great move.

I'm self-employed and I'm reticent about even going up a long ladder.

To be fair you could quite easily trip over whilst going up or down stairs and do your ACL.

I've seen photos of her from before her accident. Without makeup she looks pretty rough.

I'm pleased to report that after seeing the Tour in Birmingham on Saturday night that Rachel Stevens IS worth the ticket price alone, Alison Hammond knows how to get the place rocking, Scott Mills is still as s**t as he looked on the telly, Caroline Flack is leagues ahead of anyone else and that Simon's Argentine tango is still as jaw dropping as it was when you first saw it on the telly. Mark Wright wasn't as good as in the final and Thom Wassisname is as forgettable as he was on the telly!
