I was buggering off into another room to play some music whilst Mrs watched this...........saw the start and stayed put, very funny I have to say, whilst strangely poignant.

Telly is ste at present but this surprised me.

I enjoyed it - Alison Steadman is always good value in whatever she pitches up in.

Although slightly off topic, my friends were discussing getting older the other day. We are all hitting (will soon hit) 40, which makes us all 10 years older than the people we used to take the piss out of for being old in nightclubs when we were in our teens/early 20's.

I thought it was hilarious but that could be because I'm that age and grumpy...

and you still go to the same 'Nite-Spots'?

I agree, though, time flies and all that, though. 20 years ago I was looking forward to my first driving lesson...

It's brilliant.

The Dad's Army of the 2010s - classic British comedy.

Don't miss this.

We must be watching something else. I thought it was about as funny as Tena Lady Pants.
