I only ever watch the 1st round of X-factor because its somewhat funny seeing the deluded people that can't sing, and eccentrics. after they've gotten all the good singers from the first round i don't bother watching it.I really don't know why i watch this rubbish.

This, 100%. When my oldest lad was a kid, he wanted to be a pro footballer. When he was about 8, he asked my if I thought he could make it. I said he didn't have a hope in hell, because he was complete crap. My wife went mad, saying I was wrong to crush his dreams, although she knew he was useless too. I said they were going to be crushed anyway, may as well do it sooner rather than later.
But, fair play to the boy. He took my advice on board (I think he knew anyway), but became a qualified football referee and now works in football journalism. So he's forged out a career in football, despite having 2 left feet.
