Sounds mental but I love the idea of putting it somewhere spectacular for their lifetime and screw what happens when they've gone.

A stunning location but, so close to the cliff yikes best built it watertight so when the erosion takes place, they will have an house boat to reside in. hehe

I'm guessing it will end up at £450-500k.

It's easy to forget that the filming / building started before we had that run of 12 monster storms last year.....

What fools.

There is a another build show starting this week. Can't remember which channel though. On tuesday iirc.
£100k House. Tricks of the trade. It was on last night. 2 builds on it, a retired woman bought a 'biscuit tin painting' type cottage and had no space and £20k to sort it. The other couple had £5k to fix a clusterfk of a garage conversion/extension.

That interface between glass and stone looks stunning.

As much as I said I respect their willingness to ignore the long term viability, it's sad to think a potentially beautiful building could be gone in the blink of an eye

Me too I'm thinking a road trip this winter to see him frantically shovelling boulder clay over the edge as the waves crash into his bedroom.
