Divorce proceedings next?

Not sure how the scriptwriters are squaring JE's decision - he may not have a conviction, but being found liable for his wife's extreme behaviour and evidence of multiple rape would - in some circles - bar you from getting a job in a community based enterprise. But not in la-la land.

Perhaps Joe Grundy can croak and we can all move on with another storyline.

I don't get how JE wouldn't realise the negative effect employing Rob will have on his business? Rob isn't liked in the village anyway and now his behaviours are common knowledge.

I tend to listen in the car on the way home, but ran late on Friday - what happened?

Justin appears to be giving Rob the job despite everything.

I can't help wondering if he's up to something though. He's a bit of a st, but he's no fool...

Glad it wasn't just me getting annoyed at my radio! Still, if JE takes him on, at least he won't be eligible for sick pay from the shop anymore. I can only hope that in sticking around, a few more skeletons will be found in Rob Titchener's closet and he suffers a spectacular fall from grace.

Well the cat is well and truly out of the bag. It seem's the only person with time for Rob is Justin Elliot.

I was particularly impressed with Emma who as a character has really grown.....

My lady has a theory that Rob will die in the course of his stoma operation, thus neatly ending his story arc. I wouldn't complain...

Funnily enough I thought the same thing. That said, I would prefer it if more things were to come out about him and for Ursula to have to face up to what he really is.
