What TV show was this?

Late 1970s I think. Military adventures.

One episode concerned a plot to infiltrate Canadian separatists. One scene has the undercover SF man beating up baddies with a pool cue

Another was about an RAF pilot who was kidnapped and interrogated and thinks he is going mad, turned out in the end to have been a training exercise.
