Despite the company being run by an absolute bellend and therefore I couldn’t publicly support him by buying one, they do seem to still be a ways ahead on the efficiency, which with an EV, to me at least, is pretty much all that matters.

The weight and efficiency are impressive, endurance acceptable. The controls replace range anxiety as the reason to make your life more stressful.

Still a no. For now.

I think they get things out of step sometimes. The indicator buttons on the wheel may make more sense when steer by wire comes in (like on the Cybertruck) and you never have to turn the wheel more than about 90 degrees.

And how is that relevant to the review?

The whole EV market is... Most consumers don't want them, the infrastructure in most of the world is insufficient, they do not hold value and they risk being obsolete in a few years.

It was Harry’s video on the Tesla from years ago that pushed me over the edge and decided to get one.

I would also not be a fan of the indicators on the steering wheel, or the removal of the gear change from the stalk as it is on mine.

One small error - you can adjust the radar cruise, how near you are to the car in front, by using the scroll wheel on the steering wheel. I am assuming it is the same on the new version.
Agreed that removing the stalks is a daft move.

The thread is about Harry’s reviews rather than entirely unrelated articles. As you can already see anything to do with an EV will descend into the usual binary ones. As for Trumpton, sadly he has form for posting anti-EV rhetoric wherever he can.

So there’s a choice. Let this thread go that way, or talk about the actual reviews and content thereof.

My bad, I must’ve imagined Harry reviewing a Tesla Model 3 this week…

I suspect some posters on here could start a fight in an empty room. laugh

Got anything to say about the actual review then?

Love Harry's Garage Channel and been watching since the very start but when I see a thumbnail with Tesla's as well as other EVs they're a turn off for me. Sorry Harry giving this one a miss.

Doesn’t seem you have much to offer either, except for being easily triggered. laugh

Well I’ve actually watched it. So that’s something. Perhaps you should try trolling elsewhere and let those of us who have watched it crack on.

I find the whole Ev versus ICE debate extremely boring, if you want to buy an EV, buy one, if you want to buy an ICE vehicle, buy one.

But unusually for me I switched this video off halfway through it, it's just a car that does nothing for me, just boring, I don't care how it's propelled, it's just a boring car with a massive iPad stuck to the dashboard. I still love Harry's garage, just not this episode.

Not sure how posting an article about the company subject to the review is considered ‘trolling’ but there you go. As already noted it’s very clear you could start a fight in an empty room so I’ll leave you to it.
