Hes lost a shed load of weight.

Being innocent I'm guessing he had a say on if it would be televised, not something I'd want tbh.

Yes, superb. Cannot think of the last time ITV produced something as good.

Yup, really enjoyed that. The twitch had me convinced he would be found guilty. Guess "no comment" is the way to go.

Not guilty redface Shocked at that! Fair play to him though, for whatever reason I was on his side throughout...

Or just had a 4.5month stay courtesy of HM... you'd be surprised how quickly the weight drops off a ~18st man on less than maintenance calories and poor training facilities.

Not that you'd have a clue about either as the ignorance displayed in that post shows us.

Poor show from the Jury, was it just me that wanted to smash the greasy little lying lawyer in the head? Zero morals & how can he sleep at night getting off a bloke like that? Disgusted but what do you expect, feel sorry for the coppers, they had the resigned look about them that says they have seen guilty men walk plenty of times.

Just realised and now feel foolish. I knew ITV could produce something to that standard. Only Channel 4 or BBC!

But doesn't each cell have its own attached gym, alongside the en-suite facilities and plasma tv. Plus loads of time to train. I mean our guys have their own N.G. programmes on how big prisoners are!

If he wasn't on PEDs and now isn't, or has stopped lifting altogether I'm not guilty of conspiracy a Dutchman.

Any reason why, out of interest? (I'm not that impressed with his interview technique so far, but some of that could just be the editing).
He's toned down now. Was a bit um peter Kay. Suppose that throws you or relaxes you in an interview.
It was probably his rapport building to at least get some talking happening before the tapes started turning (or DVD as they seemed to be using).

he was guilty both phones were in his house. He now appears to realise what an idiot he was for previously wanting to be a hard man. Narrow escape.
