'It's Mr." He might get upset; then again he's suspended from the GMC so got no right to the title he so highly prized.

IIRC he was telling his lawyer to get the whole case against him thrown out because "they addressed me incorrectly". rofl

The photo of the copper leaning on the 'stolen' fireplace was an absolutely brilliant telly moment.

I posted this a while back but seeing as this episode is on now, I'll link it again. 5 minute clip from Gogglebox where they are watching this episode, is pretty funny. (Don't watch yet if you haven't seen the whole episode)

I'm half expecting Lovejoy and Tinker to turn up in this episode !

About as convincing as Sofia Coppola in Godfather 3

Pompous prick has been fed with a silver spoon all his life and thought he was so smart, What an idiot totally destroyed his life and does not look like the type of person who will find prison easy.

He was separately investigated for mortgage fraud and also found guilty of intent to pervert the course of justice which I don’t think he was charged with on the programme?
So looks like further investigations revealed more crime - possibly the insurance investigators found enough evidence? It was mentioned that they had opened an investigation as well.

It's rather sad that this guy had to swindle these frauds big time based on spending habits.

Could he had been helped earlier in life?

Helped? He had the sort of start in life 99.99% of the population will never experience.

Is that not enough of a helping hand/head start in life?

And still managed to fk everything up.

And then liied, defrauded and destroyed the lives of others out of sheer hubris because he won't accept responsibility or accept blame for his actions.

If you want to feel sad, feel sad for his wife and kids who had their lives turned upside down.

I've absolutely no sympathy for him, personally, whatsoever. I'm amazed anyone does.
