I enjoyed the preview of next season at the end, can't believe with all the criss-crossing that Morgan hasn't caught up with them!
He must be all of an hour behind them!Last night's silly moment was when the Rev went back to the church, why did he try to get in the front door when he could've ducked under and gone back through his initial escape route?

I don't care really, there's too little time spent developing characters for me to be bothered when they die. Especially as they've been spreading it around between so many characters this season
Yeah, Beth dying didn't really bother me tbh. Good episode all the same - very surprised Rick put the bullet into the cop on the ground. He is going darker as time goes on.Matt_N said:

Way to sensible and logical in dim panicky character TV world where writers will take any excuse for a bit of peril.
Having read the synopsis of the direction the comic books took I hope they get on with a variation of that with the major characters introduced and dealt with. They should be able to engineer an end game from that.
How long can they expect to retain the cast anyway? Although they're probably mostly happy with the long term pay cheque security.

Then totally caves in when she breaks the terms of the deal.He got her killed by being a pussy.
I was reading an interview with the writer/director of this somewhere else and the gist of it was that the show would follow the comics in that its more about surviving the finding an end game, it sounded to me that there might not be a place to go and that they could just go wondering on for ages until the show just runs out

The difference being however is that with Lost they stated at the end of season 3, that there would 6 seasons in total. In a way, that constrained that there had to be an end game. With this show, they just continue to walk aimlessly.
Not seeing the problem. The aim is to survive and we see how they go about doing it.I'm enjoying this series.
Certainly a shocking mid-season finale.
Seems the Hospital was another story cul de sac though.
I really enjoy it sometimes, and sometimes it's boring - there's little in between, but for me I can't think there's much left to do with the post-zombie apocalypse thing without some sort of end-game. The Zoms aren't really a threat anymore unless there's hundreds of them and I think it's fair to say we've established Americans can be nasty fkers when the chips are down.

Can zombies not crawl? Last night's silly moment was when the Rev went back to the church, why did he try to get in the front door when he could've ducked under and gone back through his initial escape route?
Also something we were discussing at work today, do zombies digest flesh or assimilate it? The well fed ones must be walking around with massive poops in their pants.

It did make me laugh how dim people are. I can imagine the conversation when Abraham came back:Abraham: So, when we left, you were safe inside this Fortress Church with its huge, thick wooden doors and no walkers nearby. I have now returned and you've smashed the doors and flimsily fixed them, trapping a mini-herd of walkers inside, and are standing outside just looking at them. How did you manage that?
Michonne: ...
Abraham: Really? Walkers outside, you inside. Now walkers inside and you outside. Nothing to report?
Michonne: ...
