I think the sinister side, is Rick's group. Which would be rather fresh.
Never thought of that - that would make it interesting!

And who could really blame them...
Thats my view of it, especially given what Rick said at the very end, that if the group is weak they'll just take over and kill them.
It's all going a bit "I am Legend"

I liked daryl carrying around that possum. smile he's by far the best character in this.

Also liked the idea of Rick sort of turning into the governor. I would suggest that's the way it's going to go.

Why? Because we have the two dicks acting like dicks so we don't have any sympathy for them. When Rick bites their throats out.

Although I haven't seen the latest episode (I spoilered myself on purpose) that article has some good ideas - it seems whilst the new Group are decent - they may face an so far unknown threat and the exact reason why they have taken Rick's lot in - they need stone cold killers and survivors, who haven't lost their humanity yet.
Would be my guess. And people writing articles guessing what's happened have it pretty easy as there's already a story out there.

We saw the last housing estate fked up. This isn't. Either bad guys don't know of the new place or something else is happening.

Doesn't seem like any bad intentions from the new lot.

I think my brain was deliberately ignoring her name, poor girl. Fancy being called Enid.

Seeems to me that in the short term, it'll be a case of Rick's group being too hardened by the years spent outdoors fighting, and they'll find it hard to adapt back to 'normality' - I think this was shown with Coral's reaction to paying video games again, he was like 'wtf dude I've been slashing walkers for years and now you wanna sit in a circle playing Spyro the Dragon?!'..

Also with how that douchebag nearly got pwned trying to train Glenn etc how to 'patrol'.

I think they've already picked up that these new people are weak, so will be interesting to see how the dynamic between them develops.

Also like people have said, how the town is still in one piece when surrounding ones have been wrecked.

Lastly, who will get it in first - Rick in the blonde, or Coral in the grumpy bird?

as others have said I suspect a murder then a lot of fighting in house before everyone turns.

Failing that a rolling gang approaches and invades them. But doubt it as the prison scene has been done.

I just hope we don't have a 3 week miss Marple episode of who done it.

Daryl will murder someone to de-stabilise the town.

You read it here first.

After several episodes (and series!) of utter tedium, the show has finally gone back to the source material and is so much the better for it. I'm actually amazed at just how close to the comic this episode was (with a couple of obvious exceptions). Really interesting to see how they are pacing and exploring things at the moment. Almost as interesting as reading some of the theories on here!

If they continue to stick to the original story, then it should be a good end to the series, up there with Series 1.

rsv gone!

So now it has actually aired in the uk ...

Where did the stashed pistol dissappear to?
I think the girl (Nadia?) took it. I think she goes out scavenging things.
She'd have to be pretty thorough to have found that. I reckon Rick was observed - possibly by her or, more likely, by boy-blunder and his posse.

The congress woman said virginia had largely been evacuated of people so there aren't many walkers or people.

Clearly they have been brought in as protectors of this community so I expect it to kick off with outsiders.

I certainly think there's a 3rd party in the mix somewhere. The Congresswomen put a lot of effort in and took a lot of risk to bring in Rick & Co, because her own people are a bit weak - but on the face of it they don't need them - they live very comfortably by pre-Zom standards let alone post, they're seemingly self-sufficient and by her own admission in a state size area with very low Zombie concentration.

It's possible they did it after the 3 patrol guys got killed, but I'm guessing there's a bigger threat.

Possibly the 3 men that the congresswoman exiled will be back, with reinforcements, with the intention of taking over Alexandria?
