Walking Dead Season 5 - Spoilers will be cannibalised
Discussion
So its aired now in the UK?
Something which only just came to my mind while I was discussing this most recent episode with my friend... could the "W" carved into the walkers head (and also seen in the truck load of zoms a few episodes ago) actually be an "M" for Morgan? No real justification for that, just something that came to mind..
ETA: Aww nuts - I see I'm not the first to have had this thought, comicbook.com have also suggested it.

Dyslexic Morgan? Australian Morgan? I think it's W for Walker - someone cast out from Alexandria and marked for becoming a walker. Deanne mentioned a cop used to live there (pointing to a house outside) where she got the uniforms from, perhaps he was one of those cast out with a W carved on his head, because he disagreed with her, I expect Sasha will be the next to get a W.

As for it standing for walker - all the different groups call the zombies something else... I think its only our" group that have called them walkers so far?

I thought it was for "Wolves" or something along those lines. In a previous episode there was "WOLVES CLOSE BY" or something along those lines spray painted on a wall, then they drove into the truck full of dismembered zoms with the M (;)) carved into their heads

A friend of mine told me there has been a lot of foreshadowing of comic book events coming up.
Yes there is. Lots. Sadly the series has been blighted by numerous episodes in this and recent seasons which have been utterly pointless and added nothing to the plot or storyline.
They finally got rid of the writer responsible after that random 'character' death episode and have now finally reverted to the comic book storyline (for the most part).
Sadly this means that these last couple of episodes may appear a little slow based on previous experience, however they are not. Plot/easter egg wise, they are very densely packed; just enough red herrings to keep you guessing, but I'm struggling to think of a single scene (or even shot) from tonight's episode that isn't setting things up for what's to come. It's being handled very well indeed. Great pacing and nuance.
Also some great theories on here as well. If you fancy a non plot spoiler (I wouldn't do that) generic nudge to get you thinking: Just remember that we are on ep 13. There have been 11 other episodes in the series before Alexandria.... Don't worry, I didn't post the answer to the 'W' question

What happened to Eugene, the guy with the mullet?
Alive but didn't feature. He's in the post-yesterday's-episode sneak peak of the next episode, no spoilers, just a small clip from next week:
