I really don't get the need for another one. What's this, The Walking Dead New York? The Walking Dead Miami?http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/tvandradio/the-...
They should just spend the budget making this one better.
Not seen Monday's episode yet but just a general observation.
Is it just me or are the undead getting slower and scarcer? Are they running out of steam?
I would be miffed if the whole thing just descended to human survival against other humans. The dead do give the occasional relief to the tedium.
Also, why, if they are dead, are the zombies not riddled with maggots and surrounded by a halo of flies.
And whilst I'm at it why are the undead almost entirely the same age group with the same dress sense? Apart from plot inclusions, very few children undead and all clothed the same..
I know, I'm over thinking this.

Looks like the group have been so fked up by their experiences that they are starting to look like the bad guys.
Disagree, the Alexandrians are so far removed from the reality that they're vulnerable. The group are expressing their awareness of surroundings and other people.lady topaz said:

A lot of stuff like this has bugged me about TWD, so I've just ignored it.Is it just me or are the undead getting slower and scarcer? Are they running out of steam?

Like early on when they were the CDC explaining how the walkers 'work', I though okay so it's kinda realistic in the way that they have a scientific explanation for it, nothing supernatural or implausible.
But now like 2 - 3 years the walkers have managed to stay fed, their bodies are in one piece, they haven't really decayed. I mean even after that length of time, surely their shoes would've worn through, their feet would've worn and broken up and they wouldn't be 'walking' at all?
I know, there's no point in over-thinking it

Who says the walkers we see now have been walking for three years? They could have been some ordinary folks who succumbed to a walker last week/month or whatever.Like early on when they were the CDC explaining how the walkers 'work', I though okay so it's kinda realistic in the way that they have a scientific explanation for it, nothing supernatural or implausible.

True, I guess it's hard to tell as they're in such rural locations, but it seems that for arguments sake 90% of the population are gone by now, at least. That's a hell of a lot of walkers.. They've either buggered off or all rotted away. But there's still a lot of holes (pun intended) in the fictional anatomy of the walkers, so I tend to just not think about it now

I did post a link ages ago showing images from series 1, 2, 3 and 4 showing how more decayed they were getting but as mentioned added to this will always be new fresher victims.Like early on when they were the CDC explaining how the walkers 'work', I though okay so it's kinda realistic in the way that they have a scientific explanation for it, nothing supernatural or implausible.
