Actors Who Only Play .....
Discussion
Many actors use facets of themselves in characters, even those where one might suppose they are a wholly different person. Even those *shudder*, method actors.
I adhere to the archetype system myself.
Off the top of my head, Tom Cruise and Keanu Reeves.

Michael Caine is a skilful actor at different roles.

Just about all the "Movie Stars"
John Wayne, Arnie, Sly, Harrison Ford etc.
Not much difference for Ford in the characters of Bob Falfa in American Graffiti, Han Solo in Star Wars, Indiana Jones etc.
That's purely though because he was cast in his subsequent roles based on his previous performances. 73 acting credits - those are the only ones where he's been asked to play that "character". Deckard is very much not Han Solo...John Wayne, Arnie, Sly, Harrison Ford etc.
