I believe in past years the lowest fee was around £50K, with most of the 'celebs' on around double that. I just hope they don't replace he with another pain in the arse, these shows are always better when people actually get along, despite the producers misconceptions about conflict and drama.

Does this mean she'll be coming back to the UK and stealing our oxygen?

Why can't she just give it another go...... maybe she'll fall in love with Australia, settle down and invite all her other talentless sidekicks from that totally irrelevant 'show' to stay with her???

Do Greggs do an upmarket sausage roll? If not, there's nothing here for her

bks; as annoying as she was I would have loved to have seen her suffer.

I feel exactly the same, normally I like to see 'confflct and drama' but I' a Celeb... Is different. it's nice to see people from totally different backgrounds both personally and professionally like Burke and Stryder getting along like a house on fire.

apparantly she was scheduled to be back in the UK in a couple of days to host some award show, so i think shes having a laugh at ITVs expence. This was set up long before and is still contracted apparantly.

Doesn't sound very plausible to me. Sacrificing a massive opportunity on prime time ITV just to host an obscure awards show?

If you think of it like that then yeah

If you think of it as 50k for each job, book them both do the very minimum to gain the first 50k and then come back do the awards show and blab on about how hard those 72 hours were and how you were hoping to lose weight but it was just too hard etc etc

Not a bad earner, plus a few nights in a 5* hotel with a buffett

I have no idea about this kind of celebrity career path, but surely a few weeks on prime time TV would be worth a lot more than that in future earnings. Leaving now means she'll have been forgotten about by the weekend, but sticking it out greatly increases your chances of appearing on Strictly Come Dancing or something in a few years time.

This is assuming there are some brains pulling the strings somewhere of course smile

Absolutely, it would be mind numbingly stupid but she didn't strike me as the sharpest tool in the shed.

the same brains that pay the full fee even if contestants give up after 72 hours? smile

(I don't watch TV stuff like this as I find it crap, and unfortunately gives PR oxygen to lazy thick people like this oaf, read an article in a newspaper whic made me curious who she was)

Me too, they need adjust the program so that the quitters have to complete a challenge just to get out. Was she the one that claimed she might end up like Bear Grylls but wouldn't get in a hellicopter? rofl

(In case you're not sure, I'm only watching this coz Foggy is in there).

Mel & Carl are a class above all the others at the moment, I reckon they'll end up shagging by the fire & walking out hand in hand

So she quit despite being released from the slammer.

They should refuse to pay her.

Looking at the posters on this thread, I'm PMSL at the ages.

But, hmm, it really is proper car crash TV.

Apparently Craig's brother has died. He has had to rush back to the UK.

Sad news about Craigs brother.

Explains why you couldn't vote for him tonight and why he wasn't in any of the live bits.

Just watched Greggs mascot on her exit interview

In the 6 days she has found out who she really is

Listen sweetheart, if you had half a brain cell you wouldn't have needed 6 days

She runs a boutique for plus sized Essex ladies, her comfort zone is clearly rocking up to the shop, talking to lard arse women all day about the latest tent to cover their fat arses and then going for after work drinks whilst bemoaning her size and how she is a fat magnet whilst shovelling another plate of nachos down her pie hole.
hehe

According to the Metro, my next door neighbour Vicki P is on her way out business class to join the jungle .. we'll see ... can't see any lights on next door biggrin
