Being an old fart, I'm not too enamoured with too many modern films (and to think of it not that many old ones either) but several that I never tire of are "The Usual Suspects" and "The Shawshank Redemption".

Old films there are a few, like the original "Pelham 123" and, being soppy, "Singing in the Rain".

But over to you. What are the films you can watch time and again?

Sorry to be highbrow, subtitles and oooh look at him, but my film is
'L'homme due train' with johnny hallyday and Jean rochefort.
It reminds me that there is me and an alter-me trying ( part succeeding ? )to break out.
Stay cool guys..

' Support Your Local Sheriff ' - (1969) - James Garner, Jack Elam, Bruce Dern....

Must have watched it 30 times at different ages and still manage to take away something new !

Oh, and continuing now you,ve got me thinking :
A Canterbury tale - Powell and pressburger 1944 ( took a g/f on a first date to see it - we dont date now !) Reminds me of life's values when down.
And
Went the day well - A Calvacanti film which reminds me of all good things about England before I started to listen to Al Murray :-)
