Really enjoyed it!

But
I thought the hulk had control over the power in the first film, why is it lost now?

Have you missed part of the movie? The scarlet witch was messing with their minds.

Not at the start, even in the first hulk shrink down he needed to be calmed by black widow.

He has control over the change, but not the actions. He's a different personality when the Hulk takes over.

Yes. The way I see it, the Hulk is still triggered by anger/fear etc, but Banner has enough control to hold back the change, or to induce it. Although probably not in extreme circumstances, like when his girlfriend pushes him off a cliff.
Once the Hulk takes over, it's all violent temper tantrums until he calms down. The Black Widow helps with this, but the Hulk doesn't have the selfcontol of Banner.

i really enjoyed it, especially ultrons character.

I did think Hawkeye was going to get the axe, seeing as we learnt about his family. But as soon as I saw the set piece death scene I knew it wasn't on. I thought that unimaginative.

Overall, good in a brain out action movie but doesn't hold a candle to Captain America the winter solider. That was a brilliant movie even without the super power stuff. Any comic book directors want to know how to do an action scene in a comic book movie but make it appeal to everyone, just make them watch the Nick Fury car chase.

Answers my question from before.
Stark pays for it, Rogers runs it.

Watched this last night, like a lot of it whoever designed Ultron deserves an award, loved a few moments New Quinjets! HULKBUSTER! VISION! F.R.I.D.A.Y! , and at times I was the only one laughing in the cinema. Though that says more about my level of geekery than anything else.

A few bits kinda sorta irked me. Ramping. Computers still working after Ultron gets online. Hi Viz neon on stealth suits. Nexus. Deus Ex Helicarrier.
Depends on how much disbelief you're willing to suspend.

Computers still working is a good point that I thought as well. But, Ultron has control over these computers as he pleases. If he would "disable" them, they would serve no use to him anymore as people would be alarmed and pull the plug (eg the payment to the claw). As long as the (internet connected) computers aren't used against him...

Yeah, but something I didn't realise, until I read an io9 article was that he and his sis appeared in Cap America 2!

I think Marvel Universe rocks over the others, but I do prefer Fox's interpretation of Quicksilver.

One of the best movie scenes of last year.

If Marvel can pull this whole shared universe off, it'll be pretty epic.

Agree with most of what you have said above, especially with the whole never in peril feeling. I was left disappointed, although not bitterly, by the film. It was alright, but most people seem to love it for some reason.
Yeah, they were my feelings too. Still, good to see the avengers hanging out in Norwich!
