Not the first time someone has been able to move his hammer. It is more to show that Cap is a fundamentally good person rather than throw a superpowered Cap into the works.

<geek mode>
Although Cap has wielded the hammer in the Books.
So has Superman, Wonderwoman, Storm and Beta Bill.

DC characters Superman & Wonder Woman have wielded Thor's hammer? When did that happen?

Never mind, kinda found it:

For some reason I think that moment of movement may play into the movie in the third act? Would be good to see Thor share the hammer with Cap in a moment of need as I think those two are nearest in ideals in the cinematic universe.

Thor knocked out, Cap's shield broken, hammer lying there next to the unconscious Thor...

Apparently this is in line with the comics - Cap is one of the 'worthy' who can wield Mjölnir. The reaction shot when it moved was probably the best bit of that whole scene.
Interesting that they have just announced another Marvel movie called Ragnarok.......have a look at what the original Norse mythology had to say about it:

In Norse mythology, Ragnarök is a series of future events, including a great battle foretold to ultimately result in the death of a number of major figures (including the gods Odin, Thor, Týr, Freyr, Heimdallr, and Loki), the occurrence of various natural disasters, and the subsequent submersion of the world in water. Afterward, the world will resurface anew and fertile, the surviving and returning gods will meet, and the world will be repopulated by two human survivors. Ragnarök is an important event in the Norse canon, and has been the subject of scholarly discourse and theory.

hmmmm scratchchin

Ragnarok was also a huge Thor storyline from the comics. Pretty much Thor's attempt to stop it all happening again.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier directors Joe and Anthony Russo will direct Avengers: Infinity War

According to Overtice, the Russos emailed Sony chairman Amy Pascal, stating that it’s “a pity that negotiations with Marvel did not work” (referring of course to the recent news that Marvel Studios tried – and failed – to get Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War), before revealing that they will direct 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1 and 2019’s Avengers: Infinity War – Part 2, once they have completed work on The Gray Man for Sony.

Meanwhile, the Russos subsequently offered to produce future instalments of Sony’s troubled Spider-Man series via their production company Bullitt, stating that “a difficult conversation” would have to take place between Sony and current Spidey producers Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach, but one that was “worth having.” Appparently, Pascal did not reply to the offer, although the Russos email was said to have been sent a week before the hack, so perhaps this gives Sony something else to consider at the ‘Spidey Summit’ they plan to hold in January.

Guess where I passed by last night.

That's right. A very long way away from famous people with a bad phone camera.
