Just caught the final as we were out last night.
Incredible final, but Tom's menu and presentation was just stunning.
A worthy winner.

Tom was a worthy winner although I wanted Kasae to win, personally - I just thought she was stronger all the way through.

Also, given the comments in the Strictly thread about the professionally trained dancer in this year’s show, I can’t help visualising the headline “Son of two professional chefs wins Masterchef; the Professionals 2023” biggrin

Probably would be if it was regular Masterchef, however there's a slight clue in the title! biggrin

Just got round to watching this. Superb work from Tom, but Tommys food also looked amazing with its Asian twist.

Turns out Tom is doing some guest cheffing at a few hotels across the UK next year. We’ve booked dinner at Lainston House in April while he’s in residence.

Tom was the best throughout the process by far.

Didn’t even notice Kasae as a possible outside contender until the last few episodes.

I had an email from another hotel he’s visiting as I’m on their mailing list, but it also mentioned Lainston House which is near us.

Yes.
Have you been before? If not, make sure you check the pricing of what you order against your actual bill. Trust me.

Sure thing! I don’t want to annoy people in here so I’ll do a post on imgur or Twitter or something and just pop the link in smile
How was it? It's on our maybe list so if an imaginary car friend says it's good!

We've no intention of going ... but also interested in an independent review from someone we've never met ...
