I agree - it's good to see it spread over more episodes than normal.

In places it has seemed a little slow, or what could be called "brooding"
It is a bit slow, and the timeline can get a bit confusing, but one of the best dramas I've seen in a while. Looking forwards to next weeks finale.

What are the chances of a second series?

With flash forwards to 2020 and an interlude in 2011 halfway through.

And so the brief blurb in the TV guide for next week now refers to the "apparent abduction of the 5-year-old Oliver". If this ends with James Nesbitt waking from a long sleep where he had a bad dream, I'm going to be annoyed..

I did wonder after the Ian Garertt episode when it was all a cleverly presented dream if something similar happened with Oliver and that Nesbitt has been lying to himself all along but that seems a bit far fetched now.

Plus it doesn't explain the video.

Not possible else the Hotel owners and the garage staff would have stated otherwise.

Plus of course the drawing identical to the one done in the car.

Good idea but not possible

Rather looking forward to the Finale. I noticed the announcer said earlier that they were going to find out what happened to Oliver. that's a good sign. I didn't want it to be too open ended.

So am I. Just really hope it isn't a rush job in the final 10 minutes.

Could not have put it better!

I hope the final hour is as good s the previous 7 have been.

Review in the Radio Times makes tonight's finale sound promising.

Well that explained cock all so much for the writers not wanting to leave you in any doubt as to what happened. What a waste of 8 weeks.

So are we to take it that the boy at the end in Russia was Oliver ? he did look at the picture and drew similar on the window, how the hell did it go from a phone call to the French cop, to wandering around Russia ???

Did I miss something ?
