Lock stock. Bad guys hatchet Harry and next door neighbours. Hatchet gets shot to death next door neighbour gets head slammed in door.

Snatch brick top ( bad guy) gets shot gunned to death.

Both those films the good guys get a happy ending. Especially snatch where they get the diamond

Technically they are all bad guys/gangsters. You just like some more than the others.
