Ian Beale did it. He came across Peter and Lucy at it in the woods and the shame made him kill her. He can't admit anything because Max Branning filmed it on his phone and is blackmailing the family.

It's Eastenders and the craziest solution will be the right one so for Xmas they'll all be kidnapped by aliens or Nick Cotton's ghost.

Leslie Grantham must be the prime suspect after what he did to that taxi driver.

I'd love to think it's Ian Beale.

I'm not a fan, but it was good to see Nick Cotton once more uttering "Ello Ma!"

I don't understand the relevance.

These are people who committed crimes in real life.

My question related to what the writers of a soap show might decide regarding a particular plot line.

I know. It wasn't relevant. It was a light-hearted response.
I haven't watched Eastenders for at least ten years anyway so I don't know many of the characters listed. Ian Beale sticks out though.

You're not even slightly confused but you think that it would be funny to pretend to be.

No, really, I am puzzled. I didn't understand why actors' names were mentioned - light hearted or not.

I doesn't matter. Forget it.

'Enders needs more humour, they missed a golden opportunity in the Vic when they were all in their Halloween costumes, Phil not of course: "Who have you come as then" Someone says nearby. Surely somebody could have pointed at Phil and said "Uncle Fester!"
