The bit in Leon where Gary Oldman goes into the apartment and shoots everyone is excellent from start (him listening to the music) to finish (Leon letting the girl into his apartment).

Okay, it's far from the 'best' but one I always enjoy is the shoot-out scene in Love, Honour and Obey.

The closing scene of Stephen King's 'The Myst' is something I'll never ever forget.

Likewise the twist in the very original Saw movie, which was a very very good film, before the release of all rubbish sequels.

Airplane: I could pick almost anything but the take-off scene nearly killed me the first time I saw it.
Carry on Camping: when they arrive at the site and see the "asses must be shown" sign. Brilliantly simple comedy
