I thought there had been a few plot lines for the previous films for human dino hybrids?

So, diplodocus with a human head? with the line "Does my bum look big in this?"

I'll be honest, and I'm a big JP fan boy. It is kind of looking like everything I didn't want it to be, but I'll hold off until it's released. It's going to be another Kingdom of the Crystal Skull/Die Hard 4.0 isn't it?

Reading the comments it seems that theyve also trained the fking raptors! Jesus wept!

Parent bit at the beginning was a bit odd, it's as if they were deliberately trying to get rid of him, which as far as American kid characters in films go would be most welcome.

Haven't they seen Deep Blue Sea? Don't engineer deadly animals to have higher levels of intelligence. The animal will hunt down and kill just about everyone and the film will be st.

Don't fk it up, please don't fk it up.

Pet raptors and genetically modified T-Rexs are not what the world wants. A normal T-Rex is good enough.

And possibly tell me how the fk they found a mosquito that gave them the bloods of a giant fking swimming dino that eats sharks!

Did I see raptor racing in that clip? Beats grey hounds, problem is they eat the punters when the bunny stops running.

It seems like it is exactly the same plot again, only this time the dinosaur on the lose is slightly modified. Though I guess there are only a couple of things you could do with the idea of a dinosaur attraction park!

Why would you genetically modify them to be more intelligent?

What purpose would that serve?

Didn't things go to st enough with the first two islands?

To be fair that's kind of the theme of the series, human dicks around with nature, nature kicks humans butts. I'm certainly not 100% on board yet but for all the naysayers, where else would you take the story?

For me, good bits:

Chris Pratts raptor team
Seeing a fully functioning JP
Sea creatures!
Human beings not learning from their mistakes
No feathers
A hi-tech shiny park and it still goes wrong

Bad bits:
The CGI looks decidedly squiffy, like SyFy TV movie squiffy
They better have a damm good explanation of where they got marine DNA from

All I need is a grant/Malcolm cameo and I'll wet myself

Grant: What’s all the commotion about?
Malcolm: The bunny ran away!
Grant: Well, you know what that makes him -
Both: Smarter than us!

hehe

So it looks like a similar story to the original, but I liked the trailer. They've got until June to tweak CGI so I'll let that pass.

The Raptor Bike Club is frickin awesome!

I'm starting to wonder now too how much of the "old park" still exists somewhere on that island too?Are they going to need to hunt down this new D-Rex and they won't be able to find it until they realise there's a bit of the island they've forgotton about? Nostalgia trip!

What do you know that we don't then?

My idea comes purely from this poster:
