"SyFy" are getting back into the Sci-Fi business, and their first series under that banner looks interesting.

It's on tonight in the US, and is being shown as a mini-series.

It's about an alternate universe where a spaceship was launched from Earth in the 60's amid fears of nuclear war, on a 100 year journey to another galaxy/star system/place. However, it's actually a murder mystery, and the spaceship is just the setting, supposedly.

Could be interesting smile

I've been waiting for this.

It's alternate, yes.. but the plan is (reportedly) real. Obviously technology wasn't there, but the US certainly thought about it.

It isn't. You won't get those hours invested back either.

A frustrating ending. Nothing resolved :-(
Must have been filmed as a pilot?

It was fantastic. Plenty of clues as to what was likely to happen and very watchable. I hope it gets picked up for a second series. (Or mini series)

Was a little disappointed by the ending, but perhaps series 2 might be better.

It was done as an intro mini series, so it's giving us a taster.

Now on UK TV (Sky one)

Thought episode 1 was very good actually. Characterisation could have been better but any scientific anomalies are explained by the end of the first episode wink, and I liked that there were clues to the "twist" ending of the first episode before it was revealed.

I enjoyed it, but watched it as a "one off" which it most certainly isn't... so if they don't give it a second series, I'll be annoyed!

Absoloutly great. Just saw the last one. Strong writing. Really deserves a series.

just watched this, thought it was pretty good smile

not too disappointed with the 'ending', leaves a possibility for a follow-up series
