Serious lap by the Lambo. eek
Very quick. Audi know what they are doing. Totally understand what Hammond was saying but it's quicker than mclaren and Ferrari that says a lot.

Great 1 st episode with some good cars coming up.

Quicker than a 12c which is no longer in production. It won't be quicker than the latest 650s, which both Richard & Jeremy agreed was a better car in Perfect Road Trip 2.

Good start to the season. Richards fall looked genuine from the onboard cameras. It's the front of the lambo that looks wrong, like someone accidentally squashed the light cluster with a sharpe mouse movement in designing it. Sounded awesome though.

Having looked at Huracan pics on "images".

Fitting a number plate spoils the front look unfortunately IMO.

Thought the news item would mention the surprisingly low price of the new RHD Mustang out later this year. It's recorded mid week so they must of known. Instead we are looking forward to the NSX, a Ford GT and something else most of us can't possibly afford.

I'm not saying they should only talk about Fiestas and Nissan estates as I am still interested if it's about cars that I could possibly get if it wasn't for feeding and clothing my kids, and myself biggrin

Just that cars costing north of £100,000 are just not on my own radar. I like looking at them in the Hyper car dealer near me but seeing yet another one smoking tyres along a runway, yawn!

Now the Mustang is big news as I bet even a lot of non enthusiasts that like the show would be interested in hearing about it as it costs no more than a well specced 3 series.

I got bored when they started reviewing an Audi.

Disguised as a Lamborghini.
Yep, took one look at it and immediately thought A3

This would have been filmed on the same day (wednesday 21st) that Ford released their figures. Give them a chance man! smile

St Petersburg looks like a very pleasant holiday destination.
I thought this, maybe a quick summer city visit. Only £130-odd quid for flights from Gatwick...
You might want to check but I think I'm right in saying that you need a visa to visit Russia and it is quite costly and laborious to get. I think the price went up in a tit for tat with the EEC sanctions over the Ukraine conflict? Worth checking before you book that cheap flight?
If you're just staying in one city then all you need to do is get a voucher from your hotel to prove you will be staying there and send it on to a visa handling agency who will do the rest for you.
Good to know, thanks! Having been to India a couple of times I'm fairly familiar with red tape, but I admit I hadn't thought of this...
A quick google and it looks like it'll cost you in the region of £100 (per person I would guess?), is there a cheaper/shorter version?
It's a cool city with lots of stuff to see. Quite different to EU city breaks on many levels. Not somewhere to just "go" without researching what to do, not do, and be aware of mind you smile

This by any chance...?

"Docking at the beach ... is a normal event," a spokesman was quoted as saying. "What people were doing at the beach on the territory of a military (base) is unclear."

No cheaper way at all.

Im betting that the place is not bad in the tourist bits, but if its anything like the rest of Finnish russia its like a 3rd world country.

When we went there, it was full of drunks at 11am (literally falling over trying to cross the road) and that was just normal people not tramps, the buildings that were Finnish are often derelict and left as Russians don't buy or occupy them.

Russians are very rude at least those Karelia area are and its ok to visit for a short trip.

I see what you're saying but for me the best looking Lambo of late was the original Murcielago before they started adding extra spoilers/wings etc for the revised editions.

Just looks perfect. cool

Good to see the 'Pretty girl wranglers' haven't lost there touch. Do you think the ones they select are all as mad as a box of frogs though?

When talking about the looks of the Lambo, where were the 'pretty girl wranglers'? The bland, dumpy one with the greasy hair from Big Bang Theory was standing behind it in a flowery sack dress.

Coincident?

Maybe they decided to appeal to the sector of the audience who aren't superficial pricks?

Amused by the graph of NOx on Oxford Street and the bus strike. Not to mention picking the government up on their end the war on the motorist pledge that was instantly forgotten as the noses hit the trough.

Making jokes whilst making a point. Too bad the haters are too busy hating TG and cars generally to get it, the point that is.

Enjoyed the Lambo review and I like Ed Sheeran so I watched that bit for a change, glad I only watch it on iplayer though so I can flick through and just watch the bits that appeal to me rather than sit through the whole thing.
