No Jasmine Harman in that piece on humbers visited that large car collection and got taken out in a few cars with the chief mechanic after briefly talking to the owner.
Oh that bit...sorry. Forgot about that.

The Senna " reveal" is annoying me now.

Pulls cover off mystery car and instantly knows everything about it.

The year,all its competition success,etc etc.....irked

Quentin "190 tax discs".
Er Quentin, I'm sure most of them are older than 1975.
You still had to display a tax disc (until nobody had to display a tax disc).
So is that another criticism of the program that's incorrect hehe

Is it really any different to Star in a Reasonably Priced Car or Clarkson's "Some say, he's made of Lego and the kids pull to bits after the show, all I know is they call him the Stig!" ?

Interceptor SP 0-60 in 5.7 - I don't think so.And later cars are Series 4 not mark 4.
Maser Quattroporte 125mph and 0-60 in 9.5-don't think they're that slow!.And the 968 Club Sport is not a supercar!

He owns the last Lagonda.Rather have 18 of them than 1 breeze block clown Ghost/Pantsom.
190 cars?- he has 11000 lock up garages!

There are Lagondas and there are Lagondas. The ones shown apart from the name have nothing in common with some of the classics that preceded it.

I had about 3 episodes backed up on TiVo that I hadn't got around to watching, and I decided to just bin them when we were reaching 90% or so. It's too cringey. Jodie Kidd might be a lovely person, but she's not a good presenter in my eyes (better than me, admittedly). QW's pieces are better than the studio gumph, which just smacks of trying too hard and script-reading. There is zero chemistry between them. The car pieces only ever seem about money, and how much XXX is worth now, and what it was worth 5 years ago, and what it'll be worth in...........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! Who cares! Let's see people enjoying cars on the telly!

For The Love of Cars has no.1 perch for me at the moment. Car S.O.S close behind. This is dross.
Car SOS for me- at least it has one genuine enthusiast presenting it.
It's funny how these programmes, all seemingly made in Birmingham, such as 5th Gear, Gadget Show, the Motorcycle Show tend towards being crap.

Just another car programme that needs to be watched on the record function to be able to fast forward to the good bits. Jodie is a shocking presenter, it's like she is trying to act all the time...?
Some fantastic cars however.

Good on the TV programmers for continuing to try...

On a slight tangent, do you know if Peter Edney is related to Jack Edney? Jack raced MGAs back in the 70s/80s and later his son George raced MGBs...
Peter's dad is George. So I guess there's a good chance Jack could be grandad
