I went and did something else while it was on, the premise was just annoying.

This might be the most pretentious and stupid thing I've ever seen on Masterchef.

Supertasters? Insured tastebuds? fk off, how on earth would you claim on that policy, short of actually losing your tongue? What a load of bks.

Whereas I thought the "blind" team test on Sunday was absurd, I thought tonight's was fine - and it must have been interesting for those folks to get together and discuss their work.

Absolutely agree. I thought Masterchef was ther to elevate the good home cook onto the bottom few rungs of the professinal ladder. For me, the supertasters have ruined the programme. They remind me of my sister who has the skill of describing absolutely everything about nothing.
