Yeah, I've tried the pulled chicken burger and it wasn't great. Not a patch on the original Zinger or Fillet.

This programme does seem to have worked on me, though. Rather than getting an M&S sandwich last weekend at Cambridge M11 services, I had KFC because the programme had given me the urge. I even ordered the gravy. hehe I don't care how it's made; it's delicious! cloud9

I wonder if any PHers are going to travel to Beth's store just so they can awkwardly fawn over her? rofllick

I can already imagine the store manager calling for Police assistance and a subsequent charge of lewd behaviour in a public place, after jerking their own chicken, judging by some users reactions on here hehe

From an (admittedly small) bunch of people I mentioned it to, not a single one thought it was a positive for them.

I think that pulled chicken looked cheap and nasty.

cant resist posting this anymore. She has a public profile on a social media place that uses 1x1 aspect ratio on photos. This was posted 1 day ago. Looks like she's going to appear in Zoo.

You're welcome.

to quote somebody else

"no such thing as bad publicity"

it's a free 1 hour advert on the BBC each week.

That seems to be taken from a very flattering angle. She's a pretty enough girl but a bit chubby to be looking at doing glamour stuff really?

KFC manages to combine three things that I really dislike generally:

1) Fast food.
2) Deep fried food.
3) Eating with your hands.

They have a market, but don't try to pretend that it's somehow healthy FFS.

A three second remark.

All in... i think KFC gained nothing from participating.
A three hour advert worth literally millions in saved advertising spend, massively increased brand awareness and I would bet a upturn in sales.

I'd have been more concerned if I represented Glasgow Tourist Board tbh, what with the junkies in the toilets, beggars in the bins and fighting in the restaurant. It's no wonder we get a reputation. smile

Its not how long it was for, its what was said. I can't remember the exact wording but it was basically "Nandos is better than KFC". Though for me it was a minor point in comparison to showing how they made that gravy laugh

I had a KFC last night while I was out running around, and didn't have the gravy because of that. The program didn't put me off enough not to go at all, but it did cost them a euro laugh
