Or in other words...teenagers...yes I know they're much older but I think the web is stretching out the millennials teenage years to their 30's.
I had similar thoughts. Ultimately they’re adults and they’ll get what’s coming to them, but it seemed like they were acting towards society as rebellious teens naturally act towards their parents. Made me wonder if society in turn is responsible for creating the conditions that allow men to behave like children.airsafari87 said:
Whilst the rappers episode was not the strongest episode, it was still interesting if you stuck with it and it drew some very strong parallels with the right wing episode last week.
Young guys acting out a life that they feel is expected of them in order to keep their social media acolytes happy.
I got the impression that a lot of them didn't really believe in the things they were trying to say and the image they were trying to portray.
All the glorification about drugs and guns in their music wasn't really about drugs and guns at all. It was just being ironic, or a play on words or joking around. It wasn't really about drugs or guns at all. No, no, no, they were rapping about Crayons!!
I didn’t think any of them were the real deal. You can’t wonder round “the ‘jects” with a BBC film crew and few 18 year olds… all a bit wannabe, which is lame because the last place you actually wanne be is a real ghetto.Young guys acting out a life that they feel is expected of them in order to keep their social media acolytes happy.

Rough kids no doubt, but not what the program was trying to portray imho.

Looking at the problems in that london might be too close to home for the Beeb, easier to show how mental it is in the USA, the cultural whipping boy.
This is it, the trust level far easier to gain by having a foreign journalist. It is a strange series so far and all feels a bit empty by stating the obvious in regards to social media exposure impacts.
He would get more viewers uncovering where they get the money from in these episodes....and I'm not talking about the drugs they sell, robberies they make or smucks donating to some bloke with ADHD in front of a green screen im talking about the revenue gain from the social media companies themselves!
Porn one was a bit of a disappointment for me. One hilarious bit that I've forgotten now I've got to the end. The perils of watching things bit by bit on catch-up. Can anyone guess what it was?
I think the reason I found it disappointing is because it doesn't really relate to me. I already assume porn is dishonest and yucky; doesn't mean people shouldn't be treated with respect but it's just that I'm not surprised when they aren't.

It had its dark bits on Episode 3, the French bloke especially who effectively bullied women into anal. Notice the reference to "my grandad" taught me the method etc.....more like you was abused, horrific.
By no means was the hippy lot pegging each other any better....that was cult like. He could easily be escalating them into all sorts away from the cameras.
Ron Jeremy bird, well what can you say, into drugs, then moved onto 20 blokes instead of 1 after a "traumatic" incident????
Also I can't believe that bird was earning half a million a month. Thats 3000 subscribers paying 50 quid a month!

I have watched all the current series and so far all have been a little mehh! The woman who outed Ron Jeremy was almost smirking when she was watching her own video.
Weird weekends for me was Peak Louis. He has got a slight woke edge to him now where before he would be slightly more impartial.
A good impartial interview youtube channel i highly recommend is Soft white Underbelly!

Ron Jeremy is a proper sleezeball he has groped women at shows before.
I've seen a podcast where the women saying she was abused didn't really tie with what happened.
It is a very odd industry, it does feel like the blokes do cone off pretty badly.
No mention of drug usage.
Obviously baduns, high suicides rates. If any industry needed a clean up obviously this is one.

On the flip side i remember the channel bravo which would have sin city and other such high brow shows a teenager would enjoy. They would go to porn conventions and it would show female porn stars groping male porn stars to show off for the camera so I am sure it goes both ways.I've seen a podcast where the women saying she was abused didn't really tie with what happened.

Have watched his gambling one in Vegas many times now, it's just enjoyable easy watching.
I found this new series hard viewing, not because of the content, just all a bit meh.
Although the James Corden pic was the highlight of the series

The difference is the women that got groped made complaints as they felt harassed. How many blokes did the same?It got so bad he was banned from events. Again i don't know any women who have been banned?
It doesnt really seem to have changed much since that Movie on the sex industry Hardcore.

How do you know? That is the fundamental issue with the metoo movement is the trial by social media aspect which Louie skirted around but didn’t really address. It got so bad he was banned from events. Again i don't know any women who have been banned?

Female porn stars have huge followings so of course if they said a guy did something it will get a large amount of attention.
