I caught the Defender one on catch up last night.
Was ok really, but lacked the insight in to the company that other episodes have included.
And R2R has been done to death now.

This is my favorite car program on the TV at the moment.

There's a few moments in the last episode where the whole family were in stitches. Only other car program to do this is Top Gear and that isn't a factual based program

Gives a good overview and history of the car marque and has guests of interest related to it. Great backing music and doesn't seem to labour any points. Plus he buys the odd car on the show

Met him at Oulton Park last year and he's exactly the same as on the TV. Enthusiastic and honest.

Alfa Romeo tonight. I got excited as he was talking about the 4c costing around £45k so jumped on the classifieds for a bargain. They are all around £10k+ more in the classifieds

I saw it. The McLaren factory is like a temple to OCD. Kudos to Brian for making a decent fist of the pit-stop practice, but I wonder how many attempts it took!

Agreed certainly one of the best motoring programmes currently aired but he gets so excitable it can be a bit cringeworthy.
