I'm currently watching series 2 again, and its even better the second time around. The Punisher still amazes.

Heads up - Season 3 starts next week...

Having watched and enjoyed Defenders, I'm really looking forward to it - The question of "how did he get there" will hopefully be answered too

I must admit that I expected this to be the advertised prog on NetFlix, instead it was some Korean flick, so initially I thought I'd got the release date wrong - thanks for the reminder. Enjoying it!

Just finished s3-ep5, taking a break having watched two this morning and will probably watch 2/3 more today.

It's brilliant.

It’s brilliant so far. Probably the best of the Marvel NetFlix shows.
Just finished episode 4. The prison scene was outstanding. Looked like a single take, but that’s probably clever editing.

I'm up to episode 7. The twists are just brilliant - I don't think this is a spoiler though when I ask "why wasn't Dex's voice recognised in the video from the newspaper office"?

Great show.

I see iron fist and Luke cage have both been cancelled.

Cancelled on Netflix, seasons 3 of both will be on Disneys new Netflix rival.

Have only watched the first 3 episodes but so far it's fantastic! Makes a nice change that something based on a superhero is rather dark and violent, the fighting is almost to a martial art film standard which is a bonus
Not sure. I read they wouldn't show anything r rated, that would all be left with netflix. There is talk of some spin off with the 2 of them called heroes for hire.

That was their old comic team name. It's the first thing I thought too, but after watching the video I posted in the if thread, I don't reckon it'll happen. Seems this cancellation (by Netflix) are the first pre-emptive shots in the war.

Just starting ep10S3 and agree with all the positive comments. Very addictive but I’m wondering will there be another series?

Finished last night. It’s the best series so far.

But it also feels like an ending.

I can see this being the next casualty of Netflix vs the mouse.

It would be nice if DD could spin off into the MCU, but extremely unlikely.

I hadn’t thought of it like that, but it wouldn’t be a bad way to end it. Go out on a high, with the main characters having completed a satisfying arc.
That way we can look back on it with good memories, rather than many shows that drag on too long.

Brilliant Season 3 and I agree, if that wraps it up due to the upcoming Disney streaming service vs Netflix it's a good way to end.

I especially loved the episode focusing on Karen's past, it was quit different in tone due to being all outside of Hell's Kitchen and really brought an extra dimension to the series.

Loved it!

Finished it over the weekend. WOW. But I agree that it does feel like an ending. Despite the end scene, but I guess that's a set up for the next Defenders series.

response to Defenders series was lacklustre, so the odds are more on D2 not being a thing.
I guess it could depend on figures for DD3 and Jenny JOnes, and Netflix' next move against disneypix
