Just finished it. My thoughts; S1 and 2 were a very good superhero drama, S3 was a very good crime drama.

What stood out most, was the Kingpin, maybe that's what it should've been called.

Not surprised, this is part of Netflix's big FU to Disney in response to them pulling all their content from the service ahead of the launch of Disney+.

I already subscribe to Netflix and Amazon Prime, I don't think I can justify a 3rd streaming service bill every month but it depends how good the Disney content is.

All these streaming services are going to come to a head eventually, I don't think the market can support 100's of them long term. It seems that content creators have looked at what happened with music streaming and decided that rather than let someone else stream their content they're all going to stream it themselves for a bigger slice of the pie.

I wonder if they'll make more PUnisher ones (if it's popular) after they screen series 2

Punisher and jessica jones are both coming out in 2019 and then I would say that will be it from Netflix.

Does anyone know if the Disney streaming service will be available in the uk?

I don’t think it was a surprise to see those two cancelled, they weren’t the best.
A shame to see Daredevil go, although it seemed to finish on an almost final note at the end of the last series.

I’m optimistic that it’ll reappear on the Disney channel, alongside the rumoured other Marvel/Star Wars TV shows.

Punisher has been cancelled this week also. They would need to sort it out. Superb shows.

Well Netflix and Disney coming to an agreement would be like Pepsi and Coke coming to an agreement to sell a product.
If you like the characters, the best you can hope for now is that in two years time, Marvel looks at them again.

Great news, however I suspect that it will be Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdoch handing the mantle of DareDevil to a teenage girl with similar disabilities but a little bit better / stronger / more powerful than the original.
Just like all the other Disney + series.

Hope I’m wrong on this one.

The Netflix version will take some beating.

I hope Disney have the sense to keep the same actors and characters and just do more seasons.

I suspect more wokeness bks will ensue as it's Disney

Can’t see it being as brutal as the Netflix version which would be a shame.
